Practice Tips
- During the individual competitions, teams may not separate the stapled test packets.
- All scratch work must be done on the competition papers.
- No scratch work can be done on the mental math answer sheet.
- All scratch work (for written tests) must be done on the test papers. Scratch paper will not be scored.
- Train students to work as a team, not individually, then combining their papers.

Contact local media sources for newspaper or television coverage
Poster Competition
Distribute poster display materials onsite and supervise poster display
Team Photos
Take photos of each team onsite. Copies will be made and sent to schools
Food - Snacks
Purchase snacks for kids (with reimbursement)
Food - Breakfast
Purchase breakfast for coaches and committee (with reimbursement)
Food - Lunch
Purchase lunch for committee (with reimbursement)
Room Set-Up on Friday
4:00 - 6:00 PM – Help set up rooms for Saturday competition
On-Site Registration on Saturday
7:00 - 8:30 AM – Help with on-site registration Saturday morning
Clean-Up on Saturday
12:45 – 1:15 – Move classroom desks back to original arrangement
1:15 - 1:45 PM – Help clean up campus prior to events ceremony
3:15 - 3:45 PM – Help clean up gymnasium/campus after events ceremony
